Scottsdale Wine Society is a group of diversified wine lovers organized in 1998, and still going strong! We like the philosophy that "the best way to learn about wine is to taste it." We meet for friendship, and to learn more about wine. We have some excellent  wine "educators" in the area and we enjoy their company as well as their expertise.

We also attend "vintner dinners" around the area, take an annual trip to the wine country and all in all, just have fun.

We also will try to keep you up on what is happening in the "world of wine", outside of our Scottsdale area. We'll provide links to the more interesting sites and hope you'll enjoy them.

Our group meets on a monthly basis at various restaurants and wine shops. We offer membership to Scottsdale Wine Society through sponsorship, in order to keep our numbers at a  manageable size. We try to keep to a schedule of the last Tuesday of the month. This site will do it's best to keep you informed of our upcoming events and any changes that may occur. So if you join our Scottsdale Wine Society, we hope you'll check here often for upcoming wine tasting events and any special gatherings. We also hope to keep an album of where we've been and what we've done, this will be a way that even our "snowbird" members can know what's happening.

However, if not, just let us know and we'll contact you by phone or snail mail. We're compiling our membership list and will be asking for email addresses, phone numbers etc. of any members, new or old that we don't have.
