Important note:
We ask that you always submit your check payment in advance of the
Event. This eliminates our need to collect on the night of the event, and keeps
our Club from being on the risk for no-shows. Also, once you have committed and
are included in the Saturday-before-the-event guarantee, you will be
responsible for payment for the event, unless we can negotiate a new final
count with the venue.
Also, on an
exception basis we will try to accommodate any late requests for attendance. If
an exception can be made, we need your verbal commitment in advance with your
understanding that you’ll likely be responsible for payment in the event of a
