Important note:  After we’ve submitted the final attendance count on Saturday AM prior to our Tuesday event, we try to accommodate any late requests for attendance (always subject to our venue’s discretion). However, if an exception can be made, we need your faxed credit card payment in advance in order to secure your spot! This eliminates our need to collect on the night of the event, and keeps our Club from being on the risk in the event of a no-show situation. Also, once you have committed and are included in the guarantee, you will be responsible for payment for the event. Thanks for your understanding and adherence to this policy.
